Tacos Garcia is searching for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team! As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing our delicious and authentic Mexican dishes, ensuring that each plate is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Your culinary expertise will be essential in providing our customers with an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Grill, sauté, and fry meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Assemble tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a Mexican restaurant.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Mexican cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
